Achieved by leaving the brass untreated and deliberately opting not to use a lacquer, Australian-made bespoke tapware company Sussex’s Living Brass offering uniquely evolves over time into an individual piece that naturally darkens and tarnishes.
“Living Brass becomes more attractive and interesting as it becomes worn, standing out from mass-manufactured products because of its ability to patina. It tells the story of the home, growing and maturing alongside the family within,” says Sussex director Vanessa Katsanevakis.
