Where we can, we use local trades, craftsman and suppliers to reduce the dwellings carbon miles as well as support the local economy. We carefully consider the end user and make sure every step of that process is affordable, sustainable and with intention.

We design and construct with the intention of creating a sustainable dwelling so there is less environmental impact to the site along with savings to the end user. Shipping container dwellings are the unique building blocks to create a sustainable affordable dwelling to live or work.
