Nest Architects have turned a dark and cold cottage into a warm, sweet home with a series of adaptable spaces for a young family, and in WA, architect Paul Wakelam has created a sophisticated bush shack with a rustic mix of materials. We investigate smart home devices, where technology meets sustainability. Bush Projects worked with Austin Maynard Architects to create a cleverly layered native and indigenous garden for a multi-generational home, and in another collaboration Jerry Wolveridge teamed up with Landscape Architect, Tim Nicholas, embracing harsh conditions to create a cohesive garden of diversity and depth.
