GREEN DESIGN SHOW & MAKERS MOVEMENT

The new Green Design Show will be co-located with Decor + Design, capturing the established audience but changing the conversation. All exhibitors in this part of the show need to meet a robust set of guidelines curated by Circular Design Thinking (CDT), the Official Sustainability Advisor of the event. Our 2024 Green Design Show partners are Green Building Council of Australia, Design Institute of Australia, Authentic Design Alliance and Green Magazine.

Confirmed exhibitors in the Green Design Show include certified B Corp and sustainable powerhouses Koskela, Cultivated and E9 Design.

There will also be a new Green Design stream of talks featuring inspirational speakers in the space, supported by Green magazine. Confirmed speakers on the formal Green Design program include Sasha Titchkosky (Koskela), Taryn Cornell (Green Building Council of Australia), Matt Woods (Killing Matt Woods), Libby Staggs (Sustainable Business Matters) and Anne-Maree Sargeant (Authentic Design Alliance). There will also be free ‘Floor Talks’ announced closer to the show.

CELEBRATING AUSTRALIAN MAKERS

Award-winning designer Sarah Tracton will be showcasing her celestial kintsugi lights and pendants at the entrance to the Green Design Show. Sarah and her technical partner Dr Ian Watkins will also be taking part in the Makers Movement within the show.
