Australian Institute of Architects delivers awards via virtual platform

In response to the current restrictions, the Australian Institute of Architects will deliver the annual Victorian and NSW Architecture Awards ceremonies virtually via YouTube Live.

The digital format allows architects, design professionals, builders and other interested parties across the nation to watch the winners be announced live and is the first time the public is able to watch the ceremony.

The Australian Institute of Architects has shortlisted 108 entries in Victoria, spread across 14 categories, while NSW has seen 122 entries shortlisted across 11 categories. The winners of the NSW’s public voting categories will also be announced during the upcoming ceremony.

The NSW Architecture Awards will take place Friday 3 July from 7:00pm – 8:30pm and the Victorian Architecture Awards will take place Friday 10 July from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. Both programs can be accessed here.
