Designology has designed and built several single and double storey Convertible Homes throughout Victoria. The modular lightweight construction provides a readymade BAL 40 solution for Bushfire prone environments in coastal, regional and urban fringe locations. Site access is generally not an issue due to the flat pack methodology used. The operable awnings have multiple benefits providing a method of securing the home against extreme weather events, intrusion, shelter from the sun and rain and improved insulation. If required the awnings can also be operated remotely from your mobile phone. Our smallest Convertible Pods are an ideal solution for extended family living or for your bush block and we also have a Convertible Shed solution which provides excellent secure storage especially for Farm machinery and produce. The larger homes are a perfect solution for both permanent and holiday homes.
