Fabricated from production-waste plastics, ACV studio has shaped a series of handles for drawers, gates and doors. These handles are fun and friendly, and are a reaction to the ‘facelift culture’ promoted by renovation TV shows, where disposing of domestic hardware without thinking, because of its small scale and easily replaceable nature, leads to thoughtless discard. Here at least, they are made from a salvaged material which is then also fully recyclable.
