Internationally acclaimed apaiser bathware and Yoo Studio London have joined forces to unveil “TEMBO”. A design collaboration which artfully merges YOO’s narrative-led architectural approach with apaiser’s expertise in handcrafted stone bathware, resulting in a collection defined by quiet strength, materiality, presence and sanctuary. TEMBO, meaning elephant in Swahili, reflects the essence of the collection. Calm, grounded and enduring, each piece balances presence with softness, imagined as the anchor of the bathroom, while elevating the rituals that unfold within it.
The collaboration builds on a natural alignment between the two studios. YOOStudio London is internationally recognised for creating emotionally driven environments that merge architecture, storytelling and lifestyle. apaiser, an Australian-born international brand with over 25 years of craftsmanship, has built a global reputation for shaping bathroom spaces across leading hotels, resorts and private residences.
With TEMBO, bathware is reimagined as both object and experience. The collection introduces a series of sculptural forms that read as carved rather than constructed. Elongated silhouettes, continuous curves and grounded bases create a sense of permanence, while maintaining a softness that invites interaction.

Handcrafted in apaiserMarble®, apaiser’s proprietary material made from reclaimed marble, the collection combines sustainability with luxury and tactility. Made to order in apaiserMarble®, the collection is available in a curated palette of 18 organic shades from the House Palette.
