The new ASKO range of built-in ovens features Celsius°CookingTM technology. This consists of several sensors, which are designed to control moisture and measure temperatures at several points using smart algorithms to ensure less temperature variations. The oven requires a one-time calibration and afterwards corrects any temperature deviations, ensuring precise cooking every time. It also includes a food probe that measures core temperatures in different types of food and helps calibrate the temperature in the oven. Innovative yet easy-to-use, the advanced temperature system included with ASKO Celsius ovens lets home chefs enjoy perfect results that even the pros would be proud to plate up.
More precision, less moisture.
When cooking with steam, more control means more creativity. It also means healthier dishes as food cooked with steam retains a significantly higher amount of vitamins and minerals. ASKO Celsius ovens have several sensors and a load detection system that can “measure” the amount of food in the oven cavity. This information is used to release the right amount of steam to ensure more vitamins, minerals and, of course, flavour in the final dish. The advanced steam system adjusts the amount of steam and automatically opens the oven door to vent excess moisture, preventing food from becoming watery and tasteless. The moisture reduction function in the new ASKO built-in ovens ensures that any moisture that accumulates can be cleaned quickly and easily with one swipe.

The efficient circulation of heat is essential for delivering successful dishes that are cooked to perfection. To help ensure this, ASKO Celsius ovens have taken inspiration from traditional wood fire ovens. The new ASKO ovens are designed with a vaulted ceiling that allows air to circulate efficiently and evenly. In addition, the hot air is distributed evenly via holes on all sides of the oven cavity. To further enhance the distribution effect, both the cavity and the trays are covered with high-quality enamel that effectively reflects heat. The result is perfect dishes every time.

The multifunctional jog dial and touch screen, full touch screen, or full touch screen with touch buttons – depending on the model – provide total control while the easy-to-read display gives a complete overview. With Stage cooking, you can conveniently set different cooking functions one after another while the PLUS menu lets you activate different settings during the ongoing cooking cycle. Selected models even have a pyrolytic self-clean function that makes cleaning and removing burnt-in fat and food residue easy, so the oven stays clean and hygienic.

ASKO Celsius Craft: A new take on a traditional craftsmanship
ASKO respects genuine craftsmanship and takes pride in always using the finest quality materials. The Celsius Craft range of built-in ovens proudly continues this tradition.
An intuitive jog dial with a touch screen makes operating the advanced suite of cooking functions easy and intuitive. The ovens come in Frame and in Glass design, giving the possibility to integrate with different kitchens styles. One-piece metal frame surrounds the door and integrates the control panel, creating a robust look that integrates seamlessly into kitchen cabinetry. The Frame design is available in Graphite Black, and Black Steel.
Next to these distinctively different colours, ASKO has created a fourth material: Glass. A fascinating material that expresses very well the minimalistic approach, and makes the oven blend in, because the glass reflects and adapts to the environment, effortless but with a great effect.
