ASKO Dishwasher Series

When we talk about sustainable appliances, the focus is often on energy and water consumption. But sustainability increasingly extends to how products are designed, the materials they’re made from and how much plastic we bring into our homes.

ASKO has long been known for its dishwasher innovation, but what if one of the smartest things an appliance can do is simply last longer?

ASKO DW60 Dishwasher Series

ASKO’s latest Dishwasher series was engineered with longevity in mind. Its 8 Steel™ construction replaces key plastic components with high-quality steel, reducing the amount of plastic inside the machine and creating a dishwasher engineered to withstand years of everyday use.

“Many dishwashers still rely on plastic for key internal components. ASKO takes a different approach, using more steel through our 8 Steel™ construction, designed for durability and greater resistance to everyday wear.” — Madeline Li, Marketing Manager, ASKO Australia.

For the consumer, making a more considered choice doesn’t mean compromising on performance, convenience or design. The range has an energy rating of up to 4.5 stars, and Auto Dose holds up to 30 days’ worth of detergent and calculates the dose needed for each cycle, while UV Cleanse Mode uses UV light to help eliminate up to 99.99999% of bacteria, fungi and viruses.

And true to ASKO’s Scandinavian design heritage, all that technology sits behind a pared-back exterior designed to integrate quietly into the kitchen.
