Breezway Altair Aluminium Louvre Windows

Breezway offers a number of aluminium louvre framing systems available through approved window manufacturers. These include:

• The Easyscreen Window System designed for external screening applications. It is also the recommended option for installation into bushfire prone areas. Powerlouvre or manual control options available.
• The Innoscreen Window System with provision for a screen to the inside of the window for those who want to screen their home but keep that ‘louvre look’ on the exterior façade. Powerlouvre or manual control available.
• The SL2 Window System which has been developed to suit narrow frame applications or installation into concrete block construction when screening is not required.

Aluminium Louvre Blades

With Breezway Altair Louvre Windows you can choose blades that best suit the windows function, such as maximising views, letting in/reducing sunlight, reducing glare, gaining privacy or creating your own design style.

Aluminium blades create strong lines and bring a sharp modernity to a room. They are virtually maintenance free, can’t rust and never need painting.

Wide choice of colours

Add visual impact to your project by creating a colourful façade using Breezway aluminium blades. Breezway’s aluminium blades are extruded hollow blades and are offered in a large variety of powder coated colour or anodised finishes. There are standard or high performance finishes available and our aluminium blades can even be coated with a powder coating finish that looks just like timber, called Decowood.

Can be swapped with other blades

Glass and aluminium blades fit into the sample Breezway Altair Louvre clips. The blades can be changed according to the season. For example, clear glass blades in the winter allow warming sunlight into the home, however swapping these for aluminium louvre blades in the summer can block the hot sunlight and keep the home cool.

Safety

In addition to this, increased safety can be achieved by using the Stronghold System with aluminium blades which mechanically retains blades through a pin system and are perfect for creating extra living space in outdoor rooms or in areas that require fall prevention. When using aluminium blades, privacy can also be maintained from neighbours.

Breezway also offers additional security options including a low profile metal keylock, security bars, and screening systems to deter intruders.
