Warmset FIR Gold Mesh — heating for embedded applications

Warmset Gold Lifetime warranty in mesh format brings gentle, evenly distributed radiant warmth beneath glued applications such as tiles, stone, engineered timber and polished concrete. Its flat heating ribbon is secured to an open fibreglass mesh, keeping the elements evenly spaced while allowing adhesives, self-levelling compounds and screeds to bond through the mat.

Designed for integration into the floor build-up, Gold mesh can be embedded in tile adhesive, self-leveller or screed, or incorporated into a polished concrete installation. The slim mat keeps additional floor height to a minimum, with the overall build-up determined by the selected finish and installation method.

The broad heating ribbon provides an active heating surface of approximately 20–34%, depending on the room’s design. Systems are tailored to each space, typically specified at 100 W/m² or less, with lower wattages possible where insulation and heating requirements allow and for custom projects.
