Hidden Design Festival 2018

Hidden Design Festival will open a selection of designer gardens for a one-off public viewing over a single weekend, 10-11 March 2018.

Held in Sydney, Hidden Design Festival showcases a new and diverse range of outdoor spaces created by some of Sydney’s best known and award-winning landscape designers as well as some emerging designers. Sites are clustered throughout Sydney. Designers include Banksia Design Group, Tig Crowley Designs, Bates Landscape, Garden Life, Formed Gardens, Diamantina, Michele Shennen, Landsberg Garden Design, Branch Out Garden Design and McManus Design.

Most of the sites have never before been opened to the public and are unlikely to be again. Hidden’s designers show that they are expert practitioners of four-dimensional design using a range of styles and ideas to shape spaces, manage levels, create vistas and privacy, use colour and texture, construction, garden detailing and plant choices to provide much inspiration for the amateur gardener.

Profits from Hidden are shared between AILDM and their nominated charity the GO Foundation, a national scholarship program for Indigenous Australian youth that provides mentoring and support to GO students on their journey from kindergarten to employment.

Tickets to Hidden are now on sale. A single $55.00 ticket gives entry to all sites. Student tickets are also available.
