2023 Symposium: Ambition to Action Announces Hannah Moloney as Keynote
Now in its fifth year, the Symposium by the Living Future Institute Australia will explore the theme ‘Ambition to Action’, inspired by those that reach beyond sustainability and aspire for the best possible.
It will bring together regenerative design experts from across all areas of the built environment, from designers, stylists, architects, builders, developers, and sustainability consultants to artists, authors, engineers, landscapers and project managers.
The Symposium aims to galvanise the industry to strive for the best and share ideas for how to turn ambition into action with inspiring speakers exploring courageous ideas and offering heart and mind-expanding moments, where attendees will engage in immersive and interactive experience of tours, talks, panels, workshops, art play, creativity plus a ‘Before-After Party’ to nurture connection before the event.
The two-day event program is currently live and features a range of world-class speakers, including this year’s keynote speaker, Hannah Moloney, TV host on ABC’s Gardening Australia, Goodlife Permaculture practitioner, climate activist and bestselling author (her new book, Goodlife Growing hits shelves October 31st)!
“If you work in or aspire to work in regenerative design in the built environment, Symposium is the place to be,” said Laura Hamilton-O’Hara, CEO of the Living Future Institute of Australia.
“Professionals gather from all across the industry to share what they know and what they’re finding out along the way in their own projects. Regenerative design is beyond theoretical, it’s already happening!”
A conference like no other, the Symposium emboldens built environment professionals and students to explore, celebrate, and advocate the growing movement, and think about how their work can promote social justice, cultural richness, and ecological restoration.
