RMIT Sustainability Week

RMIT University are hosting a Sustainability Week this year from 15 to 19 March 2016. The official launch will be held as drinks at the Alumni Courtyard with Pro Vice-Chancellor and head of the RMIT Sustainability Committee, Paul Gough, launching the proceedings.

Get inspired by the series of garden tours, film screenings, fair food and sustainability-focused networking drinks where you can explore career leads and meet like-minded students and staff. In particular, there’s a sustainable food tour on March 17 where you can join RMIT Link on a food and coffee tour of some of Melbourne’s sustainable and fair food choices and visit some ethical and sustainable food options available near the city campus.

Learn about your impact on the world as consumers, the journey of fairtrade tea, coffee and chocolate, and how we can make ethical choices in our everyday lives. The tour will take students to four spots to try sustainable, ethical and delicious coffee, beverages, and lunch.
